Our March session, deftly facilitated by ODA Leadership Group member Jan Hecksher, gave us the time and space to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful dialogue with our ODA peers. We were able to share stories from our varying work worlds, and using the wise crowd process from Liberating Structures, we explored insights, shared experiences, and gained valuable perspectives on our work and our practice.
It was such an engaging evening of mutual curiosity with much space and support to connect, share and grow together. As one attendee said: ‘This is ODA at its best!”
