“What do you think about ‘Change’?”
This session, facilitated by Ian Smith, was designed to explore organisational change from the OD practitioner’s perspective.
Ian guided us through the maze of ‘change’ to identify patterns or themes that seemed to arise when undertaking organisational change. He did this through exploring the experiences and stories of those present. What we ended up with was around 10 themes as well as a very interesting ideation exercise that Ian took us through to distill our comments and thoughts arising from our stories.
