A fantastic career opportunity has become available with Livingstone Shire Council for an experienced and motivated Principal Organisation Development Officer.

This permanent full-time role will support Council’s direction by developing, implementing and coordinating systems, programs and initiatives that contribute to organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, staff development, change management, capability profiling and workforce planning as well as developing individual, team and organisational capabilities and the culture required for the effective delivery of organisational development.

Located in Yeppoon on the Central Queensland coast, Livingstone Shire Council provides a wide range of services to the community. Livingstone Shire Council is friendly, focussed on customer service and committed to the region.

 

To excel in this role, you will:
• Hold Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development or Human Resources Management and/or substantial experience in developing and implementing organisational development frameworks, programs, initiatives and strategies in a diverse workforce;
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of developments (including best practice) in organisational development and building capability, along with skills in successfully initiating programs; and
• Possess a current motor vehicle drivers licence.
