Our March Event “The Art of Asking Great Questions: Exploring the Value of Open Space Technology and Action Learning for OD Initiatives” was skilfully facilitated by Andrew Rixon, Founder & Director of Babel Fish Group. Andrew has been working with Bob Dick, inveterate Action Researcher, on the integration of Open Space Technology and Action Learning approaches in the areas of Organisational and Community Development. In telling his captivating tales Andrew seamlessly guided participants to reflect on and explore their own line of inquiry and try out some alternate methods. Much laughter, stories and “ah hah” moments were shared with Andrew demonstrating that the art of asking great questions is central to the success of Open Space Technology and Action Learning.
