I am a senior functional leader in the Organisation Development field and am an experienced HR generalist. I recently completed a two-year assignment working with Newcrest Mining via Shilo People and commenced with McMillan Shakespeare (Financial Services) on a contract in mid September 2023. For a number of years I have also engaged in occasional extra work as an associate / bid-writer with CBS Group, focussing on the Culture, Leadership and Key Personnel sections of bids. Additionally, I volunteer as a Career Coach for Project Placed and am a 2nd year PhD candidate with the National Institute of Organisation Dynamics. My area of research interest is in interorganisational dynamics in the domestic animal rescue sector. In the past I’ve primarily worked in resources, logistics and manufacturing firms and I developed my OD skills in science and engineering oriented environments.
