Slide "who is ODA"
Who is ODA?
Organisation Development Australia (ODA), incorporated in 1999, is Australia’s longest standing not-for-profit, professional association in the field of organisation development.
Events - general
At the heart of ODA are our monthly events. These are forums for learning, dialogue, collaboration and networking in an informal and experiential setting, facilitated by guests or members.
Members are the lifeblood of our community. We greatly value the contribution they make in helping us connect, share and grow, individually and as a field of practice. Members help support and give voice to the significant contribution OD has to make in the dynamic times we live and work in.

Is Power a Dirty Word?

Get Tickets

We have a couple of great events coming up that we look forward to sharing with you Wednesday, 30 November, 6:30 pm–8 pm AEDT
Guests: Sabine Simmonds & Lily Cubrilo

What comes to mind when you think of ‘Power”? Throughout our life, whether personal, organisational or community, we bump into power in multiple ways, and it’s often difficult and unwelcome. Power can easily become a dirty word. But is it? Can we harness power in helpful constructive ways? Come along and explore the barriers to the effective, ethical use of power, and how we might leverage our power for the greater good of ourselves, each other and the organisations we serve.
