It is with great sadness we announce that Ian McKinnon, a long-time member of ODA, passed away on Nov. 27th.
Ian became involved with ODA over 15 years ago as both a general member and on the leadership group at different times. He was a larger-than-life person, full of ideas and deeply interested in others and their thoughts. His enthusiasm for discussion, thirst for knowledge and exploration of ideas will be remembered by those who were fortunate to have chat and work with him. ODA is especially grateful for all that he brought to our organisation – his passion to understand organisation dynamics and find ways to use OD principles in everything he did.
He will be missed by many people, his association with many different groups a testament to his thirst for knowledge and connection with others.
