I have been lucky enough to take a lead in organisational culture change and leadership capability development at the Royal Melbourne Hospital for almost a decade. It's exciting to an increase in psychological safety and staff feeling this is a great place to work and the impact this has - both on the wellbeing and enagement of staff - but also on our ability to provide great care to Victorians when they need it the most.
