My professional journey started in HR, with 10 years experience as a business partner across recruitment, performance management and industrial relations with the public sector and later in the transport industry. From there my entrepreneurial aspirations lead me to open and run a health based café for a number of years, creating a destination venue frequented by professional athletes as well as the local community alike. After selling my first business, I transitioned into consulting and personal development, working primarily with hospitality venues but also partnered with businesses in the entertainment and fashion industry. I have completed a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and through my interests in organisational culture and development I am currently undertaking a Master of Human Resource Management, specialising in Leadership and Organisational Development.
