In my current role, I am dedicated to driving behavioural change across the department, focusing on capability enhancement related to internal policy and process implementation. I am responsible for designing and delivering the departmental Graduate Professional Development Program, supporting the development of future leaders within the Victorian Public Service. With a robust background in project management, I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a focus on Business Design, Human-Centered Design, and Design Thinking from both the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University and Copenhagen Business School. My expertise lies in leveraging these principles to create impactful solutions and foster organisational growth.
