Biographical Info Harp Coaching and Consulting is led by Belinda Bywaters. Belinda has built her career in designing and facilitating individual, team, and organisation interventions for change and improvement. With over 25 years of professional experience in People, Culture, and Organisational Development roles across multiple organisations and sectors. Belinda has honed her skills in implementing impactful solutions at both operational and strategic levels. Holding a Master’s in Leadership and Management (Organisation Dynamics) and a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Service Management (Change and Improvement in Organisations), Belinda believes that, often, businesses who are seeking change focus on the problematic symptoms. They make structural changes, retitle roles, develop visions, values, and behaviour statements, roll out communication plans, and provide training. But they often don’t quite realise the fundamental shift that they are looking for. There’s a more profound and impactful way to think about and implement change. One that embraces and works with both the systems and the emotions and behaviours that surface during a transition. An approach that enables leaders and changemakers to tap into themselves and others and move forward with collaboration and purpose.
