Biographical Info Louise combines her background in psychology with her experience in coaching to support clients to harness their true potential. She has extensive experience coaching clients in career development, people management, team building, team management and change management. Her broad span of clientele has include emerging leaders, actors, small business owners, members of indigenous communities, academics, community leaders and students. She is also trained as a CINERGY Conflict Management Coach, a framework she applies with individuals interested in cultivating their emotional intelligence, preparing for challenging conversations and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics. Louise has supported the delivery of and assisted on various leadership and facilitator development programs including the Resilient Leadership Retreat in Provence (France), Coaching for Change, and Coaching for Business Performance and Leadership. Louise applies methods such as Worldwork to the facilitation of small and large groups and has been involved in the development of the Reading The Signals program, a training program for OD and HR practitioners now in its fourth year. Louise’s early experience working as a therapist at Victorian Aids Council has developed her nuanced understanding of resilience and reactions to adversity, loss and change. She has now applies the insights she gained into the dynamics of internalised oppression to her work with women and members of minority groups entering or occupying leadership roles. Louise is an active member of both the leadership committee of Organisational Development Australia (OD Australia) and the AHRI mentorship program. She is passionate about sharing her expertise with and supporting the developmental journey of other emerging leaders.
