Be responsible for designing and implementing organisational development initiatives for the Health Services division. Permanent Full Time position (76 hours per fortnight) based at Heidelberg and Werribee.
In this role you will assist with the design and coordination of employee surveys including engagement surveys and pulse surveys and foster talent pools for critical positions to support organisational succession planning.
With relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development or Psychology you have a strong track record of designing and delivering a broad range of OD initiatives in line with the organisational strategy partnered with an ability to develop relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders.
