Event Review – Making Hybrid Hum

July Event Review – Making Hybrid Hum

As we transition out (and in some cases back in and out again) of mandated work from home a ‘new normal’ of hybrid working is emerging. While this isn’t totally new, the scale of it is unprecedented, and many OD practitioners are faced with considerations of how to make hybrid work for people and organisations. We were very lucky to be joined by a panel of people who have thought deeply about how to make hybrid hum, and each from their own unique perspective.

Our panel shared their experiences and insights including a case study of change to hybrid working, global data on hybrid working trends and physical enablers for success.

As participants we were given the opportunity to consider how this aligned with our own experience, lessons learned and insights for the future. This was a topical and practical event, thanks to our fantastic panel and presenter Suzanne Shepherd, Nicole Fitzgerald, Dr Adam Hall and Dr Melinda Norris.
