The OD team at the City of Hobart was established almost three years ago, with minimal direction and high expectations. After a somewhat tumultuous start, the team has built a reputation as trusted partners in individual, team and management and leadership development.
 
Join Dr Carolina Bouten-Pinto, Principal Organisational Development and Syed Shah, Organisational Development Specialist, who will provide an overview of the strategic approach taken, the challenges encountered, and achievements to date. s our network of practitioners that makes the ODA community so valuable. Join us in March as we tap into that collective wisdom. We all have needs, and sometimes the clues or even the solutions are right around us. ‘Reciprocity Rings’ leverage the idea that within a group, someone can help you take the next step, and you might just have what someone else needs too! Think of a professional need you haven't yet resolved and bring it to the group. Even if you don't have a specific need, come along to pay it forward to your ODA peers.
